Rey More draws from artists he listened to when he was growing up, such as Michael Jackson, Rod Stewart, Abba, Dolly Parton, Madonna, Roxette, Queen, New Kids On the Block, Miguel Mateos, Soda Stereo, Chayanne, Menudo, and more.
Born in Bolivia in a small town called “Portachuelo,” Rey More comes from the latin Porta Coeli meaning "Heaven’s Gate." He is the 9th child of 11 born on December 13, 1972. Turquoise is his modern birthstone, Onyx is the mystical birthstone. Rat is the mystical animal and Water is his Element. Rey More's stage name comes from his birth name Jesus “ Reny” sosa “moreno” honoring his mother's last name. At very early age Rey became part of a radio station team with his own show on air for teenagers playing top 40 hits and talking about celebrities. Soon, he became a hit DJ playing at high schools colleges and clubs party with his unique style - establishing a good strong reputation in showbiz. Thinking big, Rey realized Bolivia was too small to fit or hold his Big Dream, and he moved to the US not knowing anyone, and with only 30 dollars in his pocket and his favorite quote from Paulo Cohelo’s book The Alchemist: “When you follow your Dream the whole Universe conspires to make it happen.” In 2014, Rey recorded his first single at the Skye Lab Music Group in the Big Apple New York City and become member of 247cast talent agency.
